John Steacy, co-founder of Affinity and Chief Executive Officer, has been responsible for the creation and oversight of the organization’s vision, strategy and goals for over 20 years. Accountable for managing and making good decisions for the performance and health of the Affinity Group of Companies, John’s focus is on growth of existing and adjacent business segments. To reduce uncertainty, he balances speed and bold moves with financial stability. Prioritizing and shaping opportunities that align with the skills and capabilities of Affinity, John coordinates decision making and resource assignments to ensure that management processes reinforce priorities and work together to propel execution and continual refinement of the strategy. John’s emphasis has and continues to be in building a strong, resilient team, a team able to individually and collectively set the bar in driving success, in a culture that shares his vision and passion to exceed client expectations as the foundation to success.
Chief Financial Officer
Shirley has been leading and overseeing the finance, accounting and Human Resources teams at Affinity since 2007. As a key member of the Affinity senior leadership team, Shirley provides analytical reporting and financial insights in support of the ongoing management and strategic direction within all business lines.
VP of Human Resources
As VP of Human Resources, Jonathan brings over 18 years of both operational and people management experience, spanning across telco and software development industries. He presently oversees all employee relations and engagement; and ensures regulatory compliance over both US and CAN operations. Leading a team of skilled HR professionals, Jonathan implements and executes HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasts staffing needs, manages budgets, implements HRIS control and accountability mechanisms, and oversees overall employment needs. For over 11 years, he continues to foster an empowering work culture that enhances process improvements, resulting in increased productivity and risk-mitigation. He is both a strategic leader and an expert in the area of change management, and consummately harmonizes operational efficiencies, client engagement and employee satisfaction.

As co-founder of Affinity, Mary is the driving force within the continued success of the eSolutions relationships with the U.S. Department of Defense in Washington DC. Her single-minded focus has earned their confidence and respect while exceeding goals and objectives in the delivery of innovative cost-saving solutions. Through Mary’s efforts, Affinity has been recognized with an impressive array of awards: the Telly Award for outstanding non-broadcast video and programming, the Patrick Henry Award for outstanding and exceptional service to the Armed Forces of the United States and membership in the prestigious Lafayette de la Garde National for support of the National Guard Educational Foundation.
Manager, Government Business Solutions Division
As a leader in information technology, business operations, and business development, Nawed oversees software innovation, development, sustainment and related operations within the organization. Nawed is passionate about all things software, cybersecurity, online learning, and training. He has over 20 years of experience in a variety of technology, operations and procurement roles, and expertise within government, defense, and e-health sectors across US & Canada.
Manager, Government Business Solutions and Cybersecurity Lead
As part of our U.S. Government Team, James provides cybersecurity and program management support to our Department of Defense clients where he manages the full scope of cybersecurity operations and compliance activities. James has 20+ years of Joint IT experience supporting DoD IT operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom I & II, tactical satellite communications supporting domestic operations for the National Guard, Air Force Reserves, and the Naval Air Warfare Center. He has also provided strategic planning and IT Portfolio Management support to the National Guard Bureau J6 helping to evolve their roles supporting the newest member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Director, eLearning
With Affinity since 2010, Celia brings 25+ years’ experience in online learning, training and communications to her role. Responsible for learning materials, training initiatives, courseware development and LMS management, Celia is focused on providing engaging learning experiences for Affinity clients. Her extensive experience in the technology sector, combined with a background in training and communication, have been instrumental in the exploration and development of innovative methods of learning delivery, contributing to the best possible learning outcomes for our clients, their staff and users.
Chief Executive Officer
Scott is responsible for the strategic development and expansion of the eHealth product line. A 25-year healthcare industry veteran, Scott brings a deep, diverse and innovative experience in leading and growing healthcare businesses to our team, having held senior management positions at Strand Life Sciences, a personalized medicine and biotechnology software solution provider and FirstLab, a third party administrator for substance abuse monitoring. Earlier in his career, Scott served as Group President of Cardinal Health’s $81B pharmaceutical segment and Executive Vice President of Service and Technology for CIGNA.

As Chief Administrative Officer Stephen brings more than 30 years of fortune 100 global business and consulting experience in the areas of healthcare, transportation, travel industry, banking and more. Stephen is known as an industry leader, innovator and problem solver. LeVine joined Affinity from FirstLab, where he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior, LeVine held various leadership roles with a division of Healthcare Services Corporation, (HCSC), CIGNA Healthcare, Hertz and other fortune 100 firms.
Medical Review Officer
National Sales Director
Dr. Lubin brings an impressive set of credentials to his role as Medical Review Office at eHealth: Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine, Fellow in and certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine, certified MRO by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council and Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. The scope of his role at eHealth also includes availability for expert testimony and the ongoing training and support of program case managers.
VP Product Management and Innovation
Ken leads the development and product management of the company’s suite of eHealth solutions. A diverse educational background that includes graduate degrees in Media Studies (MAH), Education (M.Ed.), and Cognitive Psychology (PhD., abd), provide Ken with an in depth understanding of human learning, human-computer interaction, and usability engineering. This multidisciplinary background supports his ability to understand business requirements and create technologies that increase end user engagement, process improvement, workflow automation, and effective utilization. Ken has held VP and CLO positions in global technology and e-Learning companies for over 20 years. In this capacity, he has been responsible for innovative award-winning solutions in the fields of substance abuse prevention, telecommunications, software adoption, and medical education. Earlier in his career, Ken was engaged in documentary film production; he has been awarded national research scholarships and awards for his work in this field.
