Chief Executive Officer
John has an accomplished business background comprised of senior finance, marketing and sales leadership roles in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. In 2000, recognizing opportunities inherent to the emerging field of technology-driven enterprise, John co-founded Affinity and continues to lead the company’s success within eHealth and eSolutions. A key pillar to John’s long term strategy is his emphasis on building a team who shares his vision and passion to exceed client expectations.
Shirley has been leading and overseeing the finance, accounting and Human Resources teams at Affinity since 2007. As a key member of the Affinity senior leadership team, Shirley provides analytical reporting and financial insights in support of the ongoing management and strategic direction within all business lines.
Chief Technology Officer
Having joined Affinity in 2007, Stan is responsible for our internal and external IT strategy. As such, Stan provides technical leadership and direction to the development teams, assesses and validates new technologies, products and services to sustain and increase our competitive advantage, contributes to technical talent discovery, and maintains and enhances key components of internal development frameworks in areas of data access and security. Stan’s 15 years of experience span various Software Engineer, Team Lead, Solution Architect and Project Manager positions with companies such as Microsoft and IBM.
Senior VP Sales, Professional Services
Since 2014, Peter has brought a combination of diverse business management and strategic planning experience in the travel, loyalty and online technology sectors to his role at Affinity. Combining sound financial planning and leadership expertise with a results-oriented approach, Peter leads the operations team in the ongoing development and delivery of a wide range of products and services to ensure the best possible customer experience within eHealth and eSolutions.
Director of Operations
Jonathan’s role involves leading, creating and executing the highest level of overall support and service delivery through the 30+ members of the eSolutions and eHealth customer care teams. This includes the implementation of new technologies, the onboarding of new customers and the maintenance of ongoing customer satisfaction. With expertise in the execution and deployment of change management and process improvement strategies while minimizing disruption of workplace culture and atmosphere, Jonathan possesses keen instincts that uphold the value of nurturing positive and amiable business partnerships. Prior to joining Affinity in 2011, Jonathan’s experience included Team Manager, Operations and Workforce at Wind Mobile and Customer Care Center Operations Manager at The Shopping Channel.
As co-founder of Affinity, Mary is the driving force within the continued success of the eSolutions relationships with the U.S. Department of Defense in Washington DC. Her single-minded focus has earned their confidence and respect while exceeding goals and objectives in the delivery of innovative cost-saving solutions. Through Mary’s efforts, Affinity has been recognized with an impressive array of awards: the Telly Award for outstanding non-broadcast video and programming, the Patrick Henry Award for outstanding and exceptional service to the Armed Forces of the United States and membership in the prestigious Lafayette de la Garde National for support of the National Guard Educational Foundation.
Vice President, U.S. Operations
Based in Affinity’s U.S. office since 2014, Brett brings a dynamic combination of strategic vision and significant operational experience to his role at eSolutions which includes building long-term client relationships and growing the Department of Defense and Government business. His 20+ years of experience within these markets includes 12 years as a program manager supporting the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Joint Staff with a number of IT Strategic Planning and Deployable Communications Programs. Key responsibilities included program management, operational oversight, and execution to implement and sustain project initiatives such as correspondence development, document reviews, stakeholder coordination, policy development, analysis and all aspects of IT business management.
Manager, Government Business Solutions
As part of our U.S. team, James provide support to the Department of Defense RMF Assessment and Authorization activities across all eSolutions projects in addition to the development of internal business processes with the United States. James brings a wide range of government experience to the eSolutions team including Information System Security Officer at the Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division and IT/Cyber Specialist at the National Guard Bureau and IT Program Manager.
Director of Research and Innovation
Ken has been part of the eHealth team for 12 years as the lead architect of the SPECTRUM compliance monitoring solution. Working with customers from all types of programs including boards, alternative programs and professional health programs, Ken has gained a comprehensive and unique understanding of their inner workings and needs. This knowledge and experience serves as the basis for the continuous evolution and enhancement of SPECTRUM. Within his research responsibilities, Ken is involved in research initiatives related to best practices in impaired professional monitors, relapse indicators and success factors.
Medical Review Officer, National Marketing and Sales Manager
Dr. Lubin brings an impressive set of credentials to his role as Medical Review Office at eHealth: Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine, Fellow in and certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine, certified MRO by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council and Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. The scope of his role at eHealth also includes availability for expert testimony and the ongoing training and support of program case managers.
Chief Administrative Officer
As Chief Administrative Officer Stephen brings more than 30 years of fortune 100 global business and consulting experience in the areas of healthcare, transportation, travel industry, banking and more. Stephen is known as an industry leader, innovator and problem solver. LeVine joined Affinity from FirstLab, where he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior, LeVine held various leadership roles with a division of Healthcare Services Corporation, (HCSC), CIGNA Healthcare, Hertz and other fortune 100 firms.
VP, Strategic Accounts
John leads eHealth’s strategy for the deployment of its compliance monitoring solution to third party administrators in new markets such as the workplace sector. With over 20 years of experience in business development, the sales and marketing of new toxicity testing products and services, innovations in drug discovery and emerging technology research, John is a seasoned and consultative sales professional.

Danielle is the beating heart of a passionate Affinity Care team that is fueled by building and nurturing bonding partnerships with our clients; inspiring confidence to our clients, and their participants, in both the software and in the team that supports them on a daily basis. She has proven herself to be an invaluable contributor to the success of Affinity for the past 7 years, and continues to bring the same tenacity for meeting business challenges head on.
Co-CEO and President
Scott is responsible for the strategic development and expansion of the eHealth product line. A 25-year healthcare industry veteran, Scott brings a deep, diverse and innovative experience in leading and growing healthcare businesses to our team, having held senior management positions at Strand Life Sciences, a personalized medicine and biotechnology software solution provider and FirstLab, a third party administrator for substance abuse monitoring. Earlier in his career, Scott served as Group President of Cardinal Health’s $81B pharmaceutical segment and Executive Vice President of Service and Technology for CIGNA.Jonathan
Vice President, Workplace
With over 25 years of experience in the transportation sector, Marsha brings a wealth of experience in regulatory compliance, operations and customer service to her role at eHealth which focuses on product growth in the workplace market. Much of her experience was gained at Schneider National, followed by general management responsibilities at FirstLab, a third party administrator specializing in drug and alcohol testing and occupational health. As an active member in the transportation community, Marsha has served on various Advisory Committees and Boards including Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance and the American Trucking Association.
Mandy has an extensive background in employment based drug and alcohol testing, currently holding a CDAPA-MC (Certified Drug & Alcohol Program Administrator – Motor Carriers), MRO Team Member Certification, and is also a DOT Certified Collector for Urine Drug Screening. She previously held the position of Workplace Manager at FirstLab, where she liaised with the MRO and IT departments as well as oversaw operating teams supporting both regulated and non-regulated clients, ensuring compliance. She developed strong relationships with all clients her team supported, including winning vendor of the year, over 11,000 other vendors, with a globally known travel and entertainment industry client.
Manager, Provider Contracting
Ms. Sprouse has extensive experience in the area of provider contracting for all services provided by Affinity eHealth. Wendy joined Affinity from FirstLab where she was responsible for the creation and maintenance of the FirstLab provider network. Wendy brings with her strong industry relationships ensuring that Affinity has nationwide occupational health and collection site coverage that is both cost effective and high quality. Wendy is the go to person for operations when it comes to clinics, collection sites and providers.
